My background is in Information Technology with a BSc in Computer Science from Cardiff University, United Kingdom. Having consulted for major corporations in Bay Area both in areas of Open Source and LAMP technology had a passion for Real Estate since 1987.

A consistent and calculated growth in RE investment portfolio and with a strong management has allowed Rachna Capital to diversity the business into Asset Management.

The Real Estate Portfolio is managed by Anita Gandhi, member of California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Currently member of National Association of Professional Women.

The research and expansion of Assets is managed by Upendra Gandhi. Member of Commonwealth Club and various Real Estate Meetup groups and SJREI.
